Fabrication of SILO Size: 2400mm dia, Shell height 12m, - Base frame with HEB220 ,and Base plate 20mm thick. - 1st & 2nd Shells with 6 mm thick plate ,each one 2m width - 3rd&4th shell with 5mm thick plates,balance shells with 4mm thick plate and top plate with 6mm thick - Reinforcement for shell with 75x38mm channel Rings for each shell. - 680x690 size for inlet at the top side with flange cover - 6” size Out let at the bottom(2 nos) - External ladder with safety guard - Lifting hooks (horizontal and vertical) - Painted externally with topcoat over red oxide primer
