Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media content strategy that aligns with our brand's goals and values. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Content Creation: Create engaging and shareable social media content, including text posts, images, graphics, and videos. Ensure all content is consistent with our brand voice and guidelines.
Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media platforms in a timely and engaging manner. Foster meaningful interactions with our audience.
Collaboration with Designers: Work closely with our design team to create visually appealing graphics and images for social media posts. Provide clear guidance and feedback to designers to maintain brand consistency.
Collaboration with Video Content Creator: Coordinate with our video content creator to plan, shoot, and edit video content for social media campaigns. Ensure videos are optimized for each platform.
Analytics and Reporting: Use social media analytics tools to track and measure the performance of campaigns and content. Adjust strategies based on data insights to improve engagement and reach.
Stay Informed: Stay updated on social media platform algorithm changes, trends, and emerging technologies. Share insights and recommendations with the marketing team to adapt strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administrative or a related field.
2 to 4 experiences in managing several social media accounts for brands or organizations, agency experience is preferred.
Strong writing and communication skills. And excellent English level is must.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Knowledge of graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
